Alternate Format Requests for Students and Instructors with Disabilities
Cengage is committed to meeting the needs of users with disabilities.
If an appropriate text is not available for purchase, a Disability Support Services Representative may request an electronic file of the print materials from Cengage on behalf of a student or instructor. Each qualified user must purchase access to the product, or the institution may purchase access for the user.
Alternate Format Requests
Higher Education Schools
Submit requests to the AccessText Network (ATN), a clearinghouse for publishers providing e-files to post-secondary Disability Support Offices within the United States and our territories. Note: ATN membership is required before a request can be submitted. Membership is free. Visit the AccessText Network.
Non-members of ATN may request files via our online request form.
Visit the National Instructional Materials Access Center (NIMAC) to request alternate materials. Your state coordinator may request files to be converted to a format accessible to your student. If the title is not found, the state coordinator can request that Cengage add it to the NIMAC repository.
If NIMAC does not apply to you, submit a request via Cengage's online request form.
